Tenants were evacuated from their apartments on June 22, 2023 after the failure of property management to address dangerous bowing brick veneers on the property, which posed imminent risk of undue harm to residents and visitors. Since then, the City has worked to facilitate and encourage the rehabilitation of the affected units so that families may return home.
