* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
Southeastern Craven County in eastern North Carolina...
Southeastern Beaufort County in eastern North Carolina...
Central Carteret County in eastern North Carolina...
Central Pamlico County in eastern North Carolina...

* Until 830 PM EDT.

* At 748 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Lowland to near Maribel to James City, moving
east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
Havelock, Cedar Island, South River, North River, Sealevel, Smyrna,
Merrimon, Harlowe, Lowland, Florence, Otway, Janeiro, Great Neck,
Williston, Whortonsville, South Creek, Open Grounds Farm, Maribel,
Nc Pamlico, and North Harlowe.

Instructions

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
