New Bern: Repaving Project in Trolley Run Extended thru December 16th

Public Works & contractor crews continue a major milling & repaving project in the Trolley Run subdivision off of Spencer Avenue. The project started December 1st & was initially expected to last 2 weeks. Due to weather impacts, the project has been extended through Tuesday, December 16th. We apologize for the delay & will reopen lane closures & wrap up this project as soon as possible. The previous messaging for this project is included below.
