Several low-lying spots are impassable today due to nor'easter winds & flooding. Areas to avoid include:

Oaks Road (at the bridge)
Council Bluff Green along E. Front Street
Areas along Renny's Creek

These spots have become impassable. As a reminder, Union Point Park is closed.
