Now accepting applications for SRPD Student Intern - apply by October 23!

The Santa Rosa Police Department is now accepting applications for Student Intern, open now through October 23, 2025. This is a unique opportunity for college students age 18 and up who are interested in law enforcement, public service, or criminal justice to gain hands-on experience in a professional police environment. 

As a Student Intern, you’ll work alongside dedicated SRPD staff, supporting various divisions such as investigations, traffic, community engagement, and records. Interns gain valuable insight into police operations, develop workplace skills, and build connections that can support future careers in public safety or related fields. 

This paid internship is open to students currently enrolled in a college program related to their role at SRPD. We’re looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn, contribute to their community, and explore a career in law enforcement.
