West Lebanon Revitalization Project - 7/9/2025
West Lebanon Revitalization Update
The Contractor will continue focusing on installation of new drainage pipes and catch basins along Tracy Street for the remainder of this week. As a continued reminder, during this phase—and for the duration of the project—Tracy Street will be restricted to one-way traffic, flowing from Maple Street to Main Street, and will be managed by flaggers.
Parking along Tracy Street will be restricted during this phase of construction. We kindly ask all drivers and pedestrians to exercise caution in construction zones and adhere to all posted traffic signs and detour routes.
Please note, on Thursday, July 10, 2025 the Mascoma Bank, 70 Main Street, West Lebanon branch drive-up teller window will be closed as construction workers will focus on installation of drainage pipes and catch basins in that location.
UPDATE: As a reminder to Advance Transit riders, buses will be detoured, requiring the temporary closure of the Opposite Church St. stop (Stop #112). Riders should use the Church St. or Kilton Library stops as alternatives during this time. Work along Tracy Street is expected to be completed the week of July 14th. Bus staging will then be relocated to the northside of Tracy Street, adjacent to the Kilton Library, on or around July 21st.
In the coming weeks, as construction activity transitions to Main Street, on-street parking in the construction zone will be temporarily restricted. We understand the importance of convenient parking for businesses and their patrons, and we want to reassure you that the City is committed to minimizing disruptions.
To support local businesses during this time, every effort will be made to keep the parking lot located at 28 Main Street open and easily accessible for customers.
