Important Update for Area 3 Sod Restoration
The locations for which sod will be replaced have been painted in the grass. Due to the rain, the contractor was not able to get sod out of the fields. They are now scheduled to be on-site Monday (5/13).
As required by the construction contract, the contractor is responsible for providing turf maintenance to optimize seed or sod growth for the first 30 days. Please do not mow the sod during the 30-day maintenance period as this may void the contractor’s warranty and prevent optimal growth.
After the contractor’s 30-day maintenance period is completed, sod care is the responsibility of the resident. If you need assistance or have any inquiries pertaining to construction, please contact Mark Lynch at 612-289-1304.
