Important Update for Area 3 Sod Restoration
The contractor is scheduled to remove the old sod / dying grass this Wednesday (5/8) and install new sod on Thursday (5/9). Please remember the contractor’s schedule is subject to change depending on the weather.
Please review the link to the flyer which contains important instructions for lawn and sod care after installation. As required by the construction contract, the contractor is responsible for providing turf maintenance to optimize seed or sod growth for the first 30 days. Please do not mow the sod during the 30-day maintenance period as this may void the contractor’s warranty and prevent optimal growth. Information on sod restoration can be found here.
After the contractor’s 30-day maintenance period is completed, sod care is the responsibility of the resident. If you need assistance or have any inquiries pertaining to construction, please contact Mark Lynch at 612-289-1304.
