Hanley, Mayberry sworn in to Kirksville City Council

John Hanley is sworn in to the Kirksville City Council on April 13, 2026.

(Kirksville, MO) - As part of Monday’s City Council Meeting, the Kirksville City Council certified results from the 2026 Municipal Election. John Hanley and Cindy Mayberry were sworn in to serve three-year terms following their election.

Cindy Mayberry is sworn in to the Kirksville City Council on April 13, 2026.

Additionally, the Council voted unanimously to appoint Zac Burden as Mayor and John Gardner as Mayor Pro-Tem.
