Description

* WHAT...For the High Wind Warning, northwest winds 25 to 35 mph
with gusts up to 60 mph expected. For the Wind Advisory, northwest
winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.

* WHERE...Portions of north central, northeast, and northwest
Missouri.

* WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, from 1 PM Sunday to 4 AM CDT
Monday. For the Wind Advisory, from 4 AM to noon CDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles. Gusty winds will blow around
unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power
outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...In addition to the strong winds,falling and
blowing snow could result in periods of significantly reduced
visibility.

Instructions

Remain in the lower levels of your home during the windstorm, and
avoid windows. Watch for falling debris and tree limbs. Use caution
if you must drive.
