City offices to close for Presidents Day

(Kirksville, MO) - All City offices will be closed on Monday, February 16, 2026, in observance of Presidents Day. Offices will reopen on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, for regular business hours. The Kirksville Aquatic Center will be open for regular hours.

Trash and recycling pick-up are not affected by this holiday.
