• Approval of the Financial Report for the Fourth Quarter of Fiscal Year 2024 and the First, Second, and Third Quarters of Fiscal Year 2025
• Approval of the Audit Report for Fiscal Year 2024
• Approval of the Appointment of Officers
• Approval of the 2026 Budget
• Approval of the Payment of Accounting Services
