Street reconstruction underway on section of North Franklin Street

(Kirksville, MO) - The Street Maintenance Division of the City of Kirksville's Public Works Department has begun full-depth reconstruction of North Franklin Street, from East Burton Street to East Elm Street. This work is expected to last approximately three weeks, depending on the weather.

Seek alternative routes if you need to travel through this area during this time. Please be aware of signs and personnel when driving through or near areas under construction.
