Heads up, drivers! 19^th Street will be closed from High Street to Summit Street as Black Hills Energy, the Street Department, and the Water Department all tackle projects in the area.

The Water Department will also close Lincoln Street from 19^th Street to 21^st Street to install new water lines to serve the Heritage Heights Addition.

Access to adjacent properties will be maintained, but may be limited at times due to construction activities.

Closures start on August 4^th. Streets will reopen in sections as work is completed, with the goal to have everything open before school starts. Plan extra travel time and use alternate routes.
