As the weather warms and more of us head outdoors, it’s important for pet owners to understand Sandy’s leash laws. Keeping pets under direct physical control helps prevent injuries and ensures our shared spaces remain safe for everyone. Even well-trained animals must be leashed in public areas and owners are responsible at all times. By keeping our pets properly restrained, we can all help create a safer community for people and pets alike. |
