Sandy City will be holding the annual Horse Parade and Heritage Festival on Saturday, September 27, 2025. The Horse Parade will begin staging at 7:00 AM, with the parade starting at 10:00 AM, and the Heritage Festival will begin at 10:30 AM and continue until 2:00 PM. The map below shows the approximate times of the road closures required to hold this event. Please pay special attention to the hard closures and make arrangements ahead of time as you will not be able to access these roads with vehicles during the closure.
