Hello Crossing Guards,

Rainy season is approaching! Last week, I delivered rain jackets to your assigned posts. If you called out or were not at your post when I stopped by, you must come pick up your jacket. By now, everyone should have one.

Please take good care of your jacket. There are no replacements available, and it may be a few years before we receive more.

You must remain at your assigned post for your entire scheduled shift:

• Morning: 7:30–9:30 AM

• Afternoon on minimum days: 12:30–2:30 PM

• Afternoon on regular days: 1:30–3:30 PM

NO EXCEPTIONS. This applies to both morning and afternoon shifts, even after peak school traffic has ended. You may not leave early or go inside the school to hang out. Your responsibility is to help all members of the public cross safely, not just children.

If you need equipment, supplies, or other assistance related to your crossing guard duties, please text me. To report an absence, you must use the call-out line.

Thank you for your cooperation!

Jazmin
