Hello Crossing Guards,

Just a reminder that Time Entry is tomorrow, Tuesday, September 22.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Please DO NOT report any hours for Friday, September 18, as there was no school that day.

The only exceptions are:

• Carolyn Thaxton
• Jimmie Jones
• Gary McLeoud

If you are a new Crossing Guard, you do not need to come in for Time Entry tomorrow.

Please make sure your timecard is accurate before submitting it. If you have any questions or need assistance, please reach out to me.

Thank you!
