I apologize for the last-minute update. I am currently stuck in a meeting, and it is looking like I will not be able to make it to the computer lab by 9:45 AM. I am expecting to arrive closer to 10:30–11:00 AM.

If you would still like to come in at 9:45 AM and submit your timecard on your own, please feel free to do so. Please text me when you are in the computer lab and send me a picture confirming you are there so I can ensure you are compensated for the two hours.

If you need additional help, guidance, or training with submitting your timecard, you may ask one of your fellow Crossing Guards for assistance if you plan on coming at 9:45 AM, or you may wait until I arrive around 10:30–11:00 AM, and I will be available to assist you.

If you need your paystub, I will also be driving around to the different posts throughout the week and can hand-deliver it to you. If I am not able to catch you in the computer lab when I arrive around 10:30–11:00 AM today, I will do my best to catch you at your post during the week.

My apologies again for the inconvenience. I am still adjusting to taking on Paul's previous responsibilities while continuing to manage the responsibilities from my previous role, and unfortunately, I had an overlap in my schedule this morning.
