Tomorrow 8/25/26 is Time Entry Day. If you are a new hire and do not yet have access to Oracle, you do not need to come in.

If you are coming in, please arrive prepared to submit your own timesheet. Submitting your timesheet is part of your job responsibilities. If a family member or friend is currently able to assist you, that is okay. However, going forward, everyone attending the computer lab will be expected to learn how to submit their own timesheet independently. This is an expectation from our Director.

Please remember:

• Bring your glasses if you need them to use the computer.

• Come prepared to participate in the training and submit your own timesheet.

• If you need additional assistance, please call me to schedule additional training.

• NeoGov also offers several helpful Oracle training courses.

You are compensated for up to two hours to attend Time Entry Day and submit your timesheet. If you use that time to learn and practice, you will soon be able to complete your timesheet independently.

Once again, every employee is expected to learn how to submit their own timesheet.
