Time Entry Day will be Tuesday, August 11, 2026.

Please remember that Time Entry Day will no longer be held on Wednesdays. Moving forward, it will be held on Tuesdays only.

I will be available in the Edgewater computer lab from 9:45 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. to assist you with entering your time.

If you cannot come during that time, the computer lab will remain open, and you may stop by to complete your time entry. However, please be advised that I will only be available to provide assistance from 9:45 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

The previous method of logging directly into Oracle with your Oracle ID and password is no longer available. You must now access Oracle through your City Outlook account using:

• Your complete City email address

• Your working Outlook password

If your Outlook password is not working, you must call the IT Help Desk at 510-238-2000 to request a password reset. Please make sure your Outlook password is working before coming to Edgewater.

If you are entering your time from home, you may begin at 6:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 11, and must submit your time no later than 5:00 p.m. You may be required to complete a second verification method, such as Microsoft Multi-Factor Authentication.
