10:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.

Guards whose last names begin with L through Z must attend:

Tuesday, August 4, 2026
10:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.

Attendance is mandatory. Depending on your transportation circumstances, you may request permission to attend the alternate session. You must call in advance to request a different day.

If you cannot attend either session, you must notify the Crossing Guard Supervisor immediately so that a suitable resolution can be arranged.

PARKING INFORMATION

All guards MUST park in the Northgate lot. Tickets have recently been issued to individuals parking in reserved spaces.

If you have a valid disabled parking placard, please call me in advance. I will provide your name to the security guard so you may park in an accessible parking space behind Building 2.

If you do not have a valid disabled parking placard, you MUST park in the Northgate lot—no exceptions.
