Greetings Crossing Guards,

There is a High Heat Advisory for TODAY 5/19/26.
You will be adjusting your PM shift to be a total of 1 hour only, 1/2 hour before, and 1/2 hour after, your school's PM bell. (NOTE: You will be paid the full amount of your normal PM shift of 2 hours.)

- To bring and consistently drink water while on duty.
- Find shade whenever possible.
- Rest whenever possible.
- If you are feeling off, and a bit woozy, you should go into the school's air-conditioned spaces to rest.
