This is an early notification of a mandatory training that you are required to attend next week on Wednesday the 11th. 

The Training is entitled ICE TRAINING FOR CROSSING GUARDS and will be in the Ready Room of Building 4 (where we used to sign time cards way back when) from 4PM to 6PM.

Every Guard that attends and completes the live training is approved to add the appropriate amount of hours to their time entries for completing the training and for their travel time as stated below.

• If you come into Edgewater, during the AM session from 10:30 to Noon, and you return to attend the training at 4PM, you will be adding 4 hours (2 hrs. for travel, and 2 hrs. for training) to whatever REG TPT hours you have worked on Wednesday the 11th.
• If you come into Edgewater, during the PM session from 2:30 to 4PM, and you stay to attend the training at 4PM, you will be adding 3 hours (1hr. for travel, and 2 hrs. for training) to whatever REG TPT hours you have worked on Wednesday the 11th.
• Because of the training there should be no Computer Lab time entries on the 11th after 4pm
• NOTE: If you are doing your time from home, and do not come to Edgewater to attend the ICE Training at 4pm later that day, you must go back to your time card and make the correction to remove all additional time ( both travel and training) from Wed. the 11th.
• If you come to Edgewater to do your time (AM or PM), and you do not attend the ICE Training at 4pm later that day, you must go back to your time card and make the correction to remove 2 hrs of the additional hours (training only) from Wed. the 11th.

This information will be repeated when we sent out the Time Entry Day Notification next Tuesday the 10th.
