From the weather programs I follow it looks like the temperature for this afternoon will require a heat advisory and a shift modification for this afternoon only. 

Please reduce your shift for the PM only to a total of 45 minutes (30 minutes before the bell, and 15 minutes after).

Also, per Jazmin's minimum day notice (for the Parent /Teacher Conferences) when these shortened weather-based shifts come up, you must know if your school is doing a minimum or regular afternoon schedule.

It looks like the temperatures around the city will go back to a comfortable range in the afternoon for the remainder of this week, meaning there will be no PM shift adjustments needed for Wed., Thurs., and Fri.
