Greetings Crossing Guards,

It looks like one more day of this mini-heat wave. For this afternoon shift only we will again shorten the afternoon shift to 45 minutes (30 minutes before your afternoon bell and 15 minutes after). Remember that today is a minimum day for most of the schools we serve.

Remember to bring and drink water, and find whatever shade your location has to offer. If you are feeling at all woozy you should go to the office to sit and rest until the feelings pass.

Don't look for a weather advisory text message for tomorrow, and instead try to find your down parka somewhere in the back of your closet :)
