Dear Crossing Guards,

Due to the increasing hot temperatures this afternoon, we are modifying today’s (8/21/2025) schedule for your safety and comfort.

Please report to work for only one hour today to cover the dismissal bell, and you will still be paid for your full two-hour shift.

• Minimum Day Schedule: Report from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM

• Regular Day Schedule: Report from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM

We will resume the standard schedule tomorrow, Friday, August 22, 2025. If high temperatures persist in the future, we will communicate any necessary changes.
