Union Pacific Maintenance Work at E. Anderson Street Railroad Crossing
Beginning at 8 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 27, Union Pacific will be conducting maintenance work on the E. Anderson Street Railroad Crossing between Blvd and Holmes near the railroad crossing.
This work will be completed in two phases and is expected to be completed on Tuesday.
During the work one lane in the eastbound and westbound directions will be closed and traffic will be shifted to the North and South sides of the roadway as the work is completed. Traffic will first be shifted to the South side of the roadway in the morning and is projected to be shifted to the North side of the roadway in the afternoon as crews work on both the North and South sides of the roadway. Each phase is expected to take approximately four hours.
Drivers should expect lane closures and delays in the area. Please watch for posted directional signs, slow down, and use caution near construction crews.
