Beginning Monday, January 26, McNeil Drive will be closed from 25th Street through the 2600 block to allow Knife River to bring utility lines (water, sewer, etc.) to the property at 2603 McNeil Drive for the MLV Rollandet Development. During this closure, drivers should use Rollandet Avenue to navigate around the closure.

The closure is anticipated to last approximately two weeks, weather permitting, while utility work is completed.
