VMCC Shelter Winding Down Operations | Eversource Continues to Work on Restoring Power

We continue to get updates from Eversource. This afternoon they informed us they expect nearly 100% restoration in Provincetown tomorrow.

They have completed all of the major fixes at this time and are mostly working on side streets. As such, they said we can expect that 30-40 customers at a time will be coming online in batches in the hours to come.

Eversource is also replacing an entire pole on Johnson Street. It took them a while to get into the ground but they’re making progress with the infrastructure right now, which will help move that area along.

We will continue to ask them for updates and share as much information as they provide. Thank you for your continued patience as Eversource continues their work.

We are beginning the process of winding down operations at the VMCC Shelter.
