Shandoka Lot Closure | Dedicated S Permit Parking at Carhenge

The Shandoka Parking Lot will be closed from 8:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 11, through 5:00 p.m. Friday, August 21, for the installation of story poles ahead of the Historic and Architectural Review Commission (HARC) review of the Shandoka Lot Redevelopment Project.

Parking Lot Closure

All vehicles must be removed from the Shandoka Lot by 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 11.

Vehicles remaining in the Shandoka Lot after 8:00 a.m. will be ticketed and towed at the owner's expense.

Where to Park

Carhenge Lot: During the closure, Carhenge will be dedicated to displaced Shandoka residents and S Permit holders. Only vehicles with an active, valid S Permit may park in the Carhenge Lot. A parking attendant will be on site at the Carhenge Lot beginning at 7:00 am on Tuesday to assist S Permit holders in securing a space and directing commuters to alternative parking options. 

Residents of Shandoka, Double Diamond, Etta Place, Etta Place Too, select Cimarron units, and any other S Permit holder should make sure their S Permit is active before the closure.

The Shandoka and Carhenge lots are expected to return to normal use once the story poles are removed, no later than 5:00 p.m. Friday, August 21.
