We’ve got a full week of Draper Days fun ahead. Pick your favorites or do it all and have a blast!
Please be aware that parking is limited for some events and plan accordingly. We encourage all who can carpool, bike, or use public transit, including Trax, to do so. A Bike Valet will be available at Draper Park on July 19 and 20. Event Maps

Draper Days Historic Walking Tour
Draper City's Historic Preservation Commission will host a walking tour of historic sites. Start at Draper Historic Park where commission members will share information about the old fort. Walk from there to visit historic homes nearby. Stop by anytime between 5:00 - 7:00 PM.
Wednesday, July 17

Make time for the Heritage Banquet on to meet your neighbors and learn more about your community. Enjoy a delicious buffet dinner while listening to a presentation about Draper's history. A prize raffle will end the evening. The event is held at Draper Elementary School, at 6:00 PM.
Tickets
Tickets are $15 per person for dinner and entertainment. Tickets may be purchased online, at the Draper Historical Society Museum, or at the door if space is still available (cash or check only accepted for in-person purchases — please make checks out to Draper City).

Free event! Watch local singers compete for their chance to be named Draper Idol! See them take the stage at Draper Amphitheater at 6:30 PM and cheer them on. Judges for the competition are Brad Robins of the musical trio Gentri, actress Shae Robins, and singer Jessie Funk.
Following Draper Idol, stay for Amphitheater Movie Night with a screening of The Super Mario Bros. Movie. Concessions will be available for purchase.
Thursday, July 18

Check out a great collection of cool, classic, and vintage cars at the Car Show at Draper Park from 4:30 – 8:30 PM. Awards will be announced at 8:00 PM.

Children's Bike Parade bike decorating begins at 6:00 PM at Draper Elementary, with the parade starting at 6:30 PM. The parade route is on Willow Creek Trail and is approximately one-half mile long, ending at Draper Park.
The following free entertainment and activities start at 7:00 PM at Draper Park.

Friday, July 19

Many fun, free activities will be available at Draper Park from 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (check out the line dancing at the North Pavilion at 7:00)! Plus, vendor booths and food trucks! See the full schedule and details on our Park Activities web page.

The free Draper Days Concert and Fireworks display at Draper Park features nationally renowned artists and a world-class fireworks show. Food trucks are available on-site. Attendees may bring chairs, blankets, and outside food. No alcohol or glass bottles are allowed. The concert begins at 7:00 PM. Fireworks are scheduled to begin at 10:00 PM.
The Party Crashers will light up the stage with a mix of well-known dance hits on Friday, July 19. Winners of the Draper Idol singing competition will provide the opening entertainment.
Saturday, July 20

The Draper Days Parade is a summer classic – starting at 9 AM and traveling on Fort Street from Stokes Ave to Pioneer Rd.

Outdoor fun activities continue at Draper Park following the parade, from 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM (bakers, be sure to consider entering the Pie Contest)! Plus, vendor booths and food trucks! Most activities are free. See the full schedule and details on our Park Activities web page.

The second night of free Concert and Fireworks at Draper Park features Joe Nichols as the headliner, with support from Savannah Keyes, on Saturday, July 20. Food trucks are available on-site. Attendees may bring chairs, blankets, and outside food. No alcohol or glass bottles are allowed. The concert begins at 7:00 PM. Fireworks are scheduled to begin at 10:00 PM.
A mainstay of country music for two decades, bridging the gap between the genre’s old-school roots and contemporary era, Joe Nichols is a 21st-century traditionalist — an artist who’s both timely and timeless, racking up a half-dozen Number 1 singles and ten Top 10 hits with a sound that honors his heroes. The evening begins with Country/Pop singer-songwriter Savannah Keyes.
