* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of east central and northeast Oklahoma, including
the following counties, in east central Oklahoma, Okfuskee. In
northeast Oklahoma, Craig, Creek, Mayes, Nowata, Okmulgee, Osage,
Pawnee, Rogers, Tulsa, Wagoner and Washington OK.

* WHEN...From 4 PM CDT this afternoon through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Widespread rainfall amounts between a quarter inch and one
inch, with locally higher amounts up to 4 inches possible.
