Beginning Monday, August 4, 2025 the traffic control at the intersection of 121st St. and Elm St. will be changing to allow the contractor to complete the construction on the east side of the intersection. The north and southbound lanes will be shifted from the east side of Elm Street to the west side of Elm Street. Signs and cones will mark the new flow.

We ask drivers to increase their awareness as they navigate the intersection following the new traffic flow. This new traffic control placement will remain the same at the intersection until the contractor has completed the construction of the east side of the intersection.
