YOUTH COUNCIL MEMBERS: The deadline to submit your timesheet and essay to Youth Council is May 6, 2024 11:59PM EST. We will not be accepting paper timesheets and essays. Everything must be submitted through JotForm. We will be turning everything into your school by May 15th.

Follow these important steps:

• Step #1: Check your Volunteer Matrix profile to make sure your hours are correct. Look for any events that may say, 'Unconfirmed'.
• Step #2: Go to this website: https://form.jotform.com/231805346374154
• Step #3: Fill out the form in its entirety. 
• Step #4: Review the form before you hit the submit button. You can only submit your form once!

• You can only include hours that you completed through Youth Council (i.e. if it is not on your Volunteer Matrix, it will not count for Youth Council). 
• Any event that says 'Unconfirmed' should not be included on your timesheet.
• Community Service hours completed from May 3, 2023 to May 2, 2024 can be included on your timesheet. 
• Your essay needs to be 2-3 paragraphs about your volunteer service this year.
