Community Announcements:

• Youth Council Winter Break: Happy Holidays, Youth Council! We wish you a meaningful holiday season with your loved ones, and a joyous New Year. Youth Council will be on Winter Break from December 23^rd to January 4^th. During this time, there may be delayed responses to any emails we receive. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
• Youth Council Shirts: Please remember to wear your green Youth Council shirt and sneakers for each event you attend. As the weather gets colder, you are welcome to wear your shirt over a sweatshirt or jacket. If you need another shirt, stop by the Recreation Office (334 Dunhams Corner Road), Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm, and we’ll give one to you. 
• PSA on the PVSA: As of December 1st, the President’s Volunteer Service Award is still on pause from the government. As soon as we have new information to share, we will let you know. Should the PVSA be on pause for the remainder of the school year, we will still give out honors and recognition to those who have volunteered a certain number of hours for the 2025-2026 school year. More information to come.
• Food Donations: We will be making a large effort to collect more food for Aldersgate Outreach Community Center over the next couple of months for the holiday season. If you have not yet donated to the Drive Event – Aldersgate Food Drive to earn your maximum 3 hours, please make sure to do so. We greatly appreciate your generosity.

• Thursdays at Daisy
• Winter Wonderland
• Youth Center Beautification

• New Events will be released in bulk on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month at 5pm! The next big event drop is Sunday, November 30! We do recommend that you still regularly check Volunteer Matrix, because you never know when a surprise event may appear...
