should diminish further this evening, so the Red Flag Warning will
be allowed to expire.
Wind speeds have diminished to 10 to 15 mph across most of the
area and should diminish further this evening. Minimum relative
humidities will still be between 25 and 35 percent on Tuesday
across most of the area, with 10 to 15 mph winds. Humidity values
should moderate considerably on Wednesday.
