North Caldwell Roadway Construction
The Borough of North Caldwell will commence roadway improvements on following streets in the coming weeks.
Hill Street
Orient Way
Courter Lane
Laurel Court
Estella Ave
Blackberry Lane
Lakeside Ave
Sparrow Drive
York Place
Construction Schedule (Weather permitting):
* Roadway Milling: Beginning on Monday, November 10, 2025, through Wednesday, November 12, 2025.
* Curb Work: Beginning on Monday, November 17, 2025, through Tuesday, November 18, 2025.
* Paving Operations: Beginning on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, through Thursday, November 20, 2025.
Parking: No street parking will be allowed during construction activities. Please park your car(s) on the nearest side street prior to 7:00am on the day of paving operations to avoid conflicts with construction activity.
Road Closure: During paving operations, the road will be closed to all vehicles.
Daily Access: The road will be opened to traffic at the end of each work day.
Weather Contingency: This work schedule is dependent on weather conditions. We will coordinate with contractors to minimize disruptions.
