* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...A portion of western New York, including the following
counties, Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Livingston, Monroe,
Ontario, Southern Erie, Wayne and Wyoming.

* WHEN...From 2 PM EDT this afternoon through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- A slow moving cold front will track across Western and North
Central New York this afternoon and evening, with the
potential for heavy rain. Repeated storms over any given
location will have the potential to lead to poor drainage
flooding and Flash Flooding.
