* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
Southwestern Wyoming County in western New York...
Cattaraugus County in western New York...
Southern Erie County in western New York...
Western Allegany County in western New York...

* Until 630 AM EDT.

* At 535 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles south of
Gowanda, or 15 miles northwest of Salamanca, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
Alma, Vandalia, Carrollton, East Randolph, South Dayton, Onoville,
Limestone, Ellicottville, Fillmore, and Ashford.

This includes Interstate 86 between exits 15 and 29.

Instructions

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Large hail, damaging wind, and continuous cloud to ground lightning
are occurring with this storm. Move indoors immediately. Lightning is
one of nature's leading killers. Remember, if you can hear thunder,
you are close enough to be struck by lightning.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
