Due to an earlier water main break, water service will continue to be temporarily disrupted until approximately the end of business today while Public Works Utilities crews continue to complete an emergency water main repair. Intermittent water shutoffs may also be required overnight to complete repairs. 
 
Areas affected:
 
Bay Ridge Ave from Chesapeake Avenue to Tyler Avenue including surrounding streets such as Springdale, Fairview, and Monroe Street.
