Due to projected water levels and a Coastal Flood Warning in effect for Annapolis, the City is offering sandbags to help residents and businesses prepare for the potential widespread moderate coastal flooding expected tomorrow morning through Friday morning.  Water levels may reach 3.4ft MLLW early Thursday morning (approx. 12:12 am) and may reach up to 3.9ft MLLW Thursday at approx. at 12:06 pm. 

SANDBAG OPERATIONS: The Annapolis Department of Public Works (DPW) and Office of Emergency Management (OEM) are currently offering free sandbags today, Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at the Donner lot until 1 pm (or until supplies are exhausted). These sandbags are available exclusively to Annapolis residents and businesses and are limited to 5 per resident and 10 per business. Please bring identification (e.g., driver’s license or business card with address).  Approach Donner lot via Compromise St.
