The Annapolis Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Aron Z. Kasher, a 41-year-old white male who was last seen at approximately 8:00 AM on August 23, 2025, in the area of Gemini Dr., running toward Forest Dr.

Mr. Kasher is described as 5'09", 120 lbs, balding with short hair on the sides. He is considered a vulnerable adult due to specific medical conditions, including being deaf and potentially in need of care.
