Apply Now! The City Of Norcross Is Accepting Applications For Vacant Boards!

The City of Norcross is currently accepting applications to fill vacancies on the Norcross Housing Authority (NHA) and the Norcross Public Arts Commission (NPAC). These are excellent opportunities to get involved, make a meaningful impact, and help shape the future of our community.  The application deadline is Wednesday, July 30 at 5:00 p.m. Please submit your completed application, to Deputy City Clerk Shayla Alexis at shayla.alexis@norcrossga.net.

Norcross Housing Authority (NHA)
Ideal applicants for the NHA are individuals who:
  • Are residents of the City of Norcross or owners of property within the city
  • Have a strong interest in public and affordable housing programs
  • Bring experience or connections within the nonprofit sector or local service provider community
  • Are committed to supporting resident-focused initiatives and community partnerships
While not required, applicants with backgrounds in finance, community development, or public service are encouraged to apply. Above all, we’re looking for individuals who are passionate about the Housing Authority’s mission and its role in the Norcross community.

Norcross Public Arts Commission (NPAC)
Ideal applicants for NPAC are individuals who:
  • Are residents of the City of Norcross or owners of property within the city
  • Have experience or training in the arts, culture, or related creative fields
  • Bring relevant skills such as social media engagement or connections with local schools
  • Are passionate about public art and community-based cultural programming and eager to contribute their talents to promote arts accessibility and visibility in Norcross
