Honoring Juneteenth! ❤️

Today, we honor the history, resilience and achievements of those who fought for freedom and equality. We invite you to celebrate with us at the Juneteenth Celebration today from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at the Cultural Arts & Community Center as we come together to recognize freedom, culture and community.

The program will feature remarks from Mayor Newton, light refreshments and special performances by the Hopewell Baptist Church Youth Choir and acclaimed cellist Okorie "OkCello" Johnson. Can't attend in person? The celebration will be livestreamed on Facebook so you can join us from anywhere. We look forward to celebrating with you!
