* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast New Jersey, including the following
area, Western Passaic and southeast New York, including the
following areas, Northern Westchester, Orange, Putnam and Rockland.

* WHEN...Until 11 AM EDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- 1.5-3 inches have fallen with another 1 to 2 inches possible
through the end of the watch time.
