counties, Bronx and Westchester.

* WHEN...Until 715 AM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low lying
and flood prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 712 PM EDT, Gauge reports indicate rising water levels
from earlier heavy rain.
- This includes the following streams and drainages...
Bronx River.
