Northeastern Greene County in east central New York...
Rensselaer County in east central New York...
Southwestern Bennington County in southern Vermont...

* Until 1000 PM EDT.

* At 903 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Altamont to Westerlo to 7 miles north of
North-South Lake Campground, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Albany, Troy, Pittsfield, East Greenbush, North Adams, Watervliet,
Rensselaer, Colonie, Great Barrington, Hudson, Catskill, Chatham,
Nassau, Delmar, Guilderland, Williamstown, Claverack, Lee, Lenox,
and Menands.

Instructions

building.

Large hail, damaging wind, and continuous cloud to ground lightning
are occurring with these storms. Move indoors immediately. Lightning

thunder, you are close enough to be struck by lightning.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
