Westchester County has extended the current travel ban until 12:00PM today, February 23rd.  The ban is being continued due to ongoing hazardous winter weather conditions. Roads are closed to all but essential workers (that’s police, fire, ambulance, and municipal highway crews). The ban is in addition to the Town’s Emergency Declaration and Orders already in effect.

Town highway crews have been working through the storm since yesterday afternoon. Emergency services have been staffed and  available to respond, as well, throughout the storm.  Please be patient as they deal with the ongoing conditions and stay off the roads to allow emergency crews and road treatment teams to operate safely and effectively.
