This is Town Supervisor Jaine Elkind Eney with an important message.

Due to staffing shortages, the Larchmont – Mamaroneck Joint Sanitation Commission will be modifying the collection schedules until further notice. Please refer to the Town website for a more detailed explanation of our staffing shortage.  

Please make note of the following changes which will also be posted on the Town of Mamaroneck website and the Larchmont Mamaroneck Joint Sanitation Commission website:

If you are on a Monday/Thursday schedule:
•    Monday – First collection will be garbage, followed by a second pick up of organics/yard waste.
•    Wednesday – There will be one collection for paper and cardboard.
•    Thursday – First collection will be garbage, followed by a second pick up of comingled items (plastics, cans, bottles).

If you are on a Tuesday/Friday schedule:
•    Tuesday – First collection will be garbage, followed by a second pick up of organics/yard waste.
•    Wednesday – There will be one collection for paper and cardboard.
•    Friday – First collection will be garbage, followed by a second pick up of comingled items (plastics, cans, bottles).

Please be sure to have all items placed at the curb by 6:30am on collection day.
